or possibly on Cd-rom. A copy on paper is necessary only in the case of a particular complexity of the text.
If the contributions are more than one, shall be divided into several files, so that each contribution corresponds to a different file. File names must be distinguished from the surname of the author. In case of multiple contributions by the same author, a serial number can be added at the end of the file name itself (eg bignami.doc, bignami1.doc, etc..).
Where the manuscript is longer than two pages it is preferable to divide it into paragraphs titled, or in sections.
The "page" means, in any case, an average of 2000 characters on page, about thirty lines of sixty-five caharacters (spaces and notes included).
As an indication you should have the following dimensions for your manuscript:
- Main articles: About 20,000 characters (10 pages);
- Reviews: between 4000 and 12,000 characters (about 2-6 folders);
- Product Sheets: between 2,000 and 4,000 characters (about 1-2 folders).
Although these are not strict limits, it is appropriate, in the case of markedly different needs and types of contributions not mentioned here, to contact directly the editorial office by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).
The text of the manuscript must be contained within the lines indicated above. It should be accompanied by at least 5-6 pictures, but if the article type requires it, may be allowed more. To help the work of counting the characters  you can use the specific function of Word. In the text, please avoid the use of bold and underlining. Only standards or numbered bullets are allowed.
